The KI Institute congratulates its member, Luiz Chamon, on being elected as a Scholar of the European Laboratory for Learning and Intelligent Systems (ELLIS). Luiz is an ELLIS-SimTech Independent Junior Research Group Leader and is part of the ELLIS Stuttgart unit led by Andreas Bulling and Ingo Steinwart, both ELLIS Fellows.
This prestigious recognition, awarded through the ELLIS Fellows program, honors outstanding early-career scientists in the European AI and Machine Learning (ML) community who have demonstrated significant research impact. As an ELLIS Scholar, Luiz will provide strategic guidance and leadership to advance intelligent systems research in Europe.
