Completed Bachelor Thesis

As of today, low-cost eye-tracking hardware like the Tobii EyeX is available for end-users. These affordable devices offer easy to use and stable eye tracking performance, which can provide a novel hands-free gaming experience. However, most games utilize gaze data only as an additional input source, while still relying on a mouse and/or keyboard or gamepad input or perform gaze-based emulation of the traditional devices. In this thesis, you primarily focus on developing and introducing a complete hands-free gaming environment with natural interaction sources such as user gaze and voice commands. Gaze would be providing spatial orientation to the Avatar while Voice will enhance speed and other dimensions. After introducing the new method, you conduct a user study to evaluate it using scientific approaches.
