Workshop on Scientific Machine Learning at the University of Stuttgart, October 7–10

The researcher from the Institute for AI, Amin Totounferoush, is organizing a scientific machine learning workshop at the University of Stuttgart on 7–10 October 2025, together with Anneli Guthke and Miriam Klopotek, and Eric Raidl.

The four-day program brings together researchers from physics, engineering, computer science, and philosophy of science to explore how machine learning can drive and be integrated into scientific discovery. Keynote speakers include Hoshin Gupta, Ana Lučić, Florian J. Boge, Viola Priesemann, Michael W. Mahoney, Emily Gordon, Sebastian J. Wetzel, Karoline Wiesner, Mathias Niepert, Lina Jaurigue, and Oliver Buchholz
